Jason Aldean Surprises Nashville Fans During Georgia Benefit Concert

Jason Aldean gave local Nashville fans the surprise of a lifetime when he showed up at 3rd & Lindsley Tuesday night (May 20) as part of the Peach Pickers' Georgia on My Mind benefit concert. Jason joined the famed writing trio—Dallas Davidson, Ben Hayslip and Rhett Akins—as well as a slew of other artists from Georgia, including Luke Bryan, Cole Swindell and Daryle Singletary, for the special show where proceeds benefited the Georgia Music Foundation.
Following his performance of “When She Says Baby,” which was written by Ben Hayslip and Rhett Akins, Jason was presented with the inaugural Flamekeeper Award from the Georgia Music Foundation, in honor of all his recent successes in his homestate of Georgia. The award came as a surprise to Jason, who humbly accepted the blown-glass trophy for his dedication to preserving and promoting Georgia’s musical roots and traditions throughout his career.
